It is very much our hope that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. All items for sale on this website are made to order and therefore we cannot offer a refund under any circumstances other than a fault with the product. Should you find that your item is received in a faulty / damaged state you must let us know via the contact page of this site within 5 working days of receiving delivery. In this correspondance please state your name, the item in question and a brief description of the fault / damage. The item will need to be returned to us (your postage costs will be refunded) before a refund / replacement is arranged. |

Payments are not processed on this website but are done so on the PayPal secure web server. PayPal currently deals with 150million accounts world-wide but you do not need an account to make a payment as most major credit cards are accepted. |
