Returns Policy
It is very much our hope that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. However, should you find that your item is received in a faulty / damaged state you must let us know via the contact page of this site within 5 working days of receiving delivery. In this correspondance please state your name, the item in question and a brief description of the fault / damage. The item will need to be returned to us (your postage costs will be refunded) before a refund / replacement is arranged. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Privacy Policy
Information is collected only in respect of order processing and correspondance with clients (initiated by the client). This website does not automatically gather information, nor does it use cookies. Information obtained in the above first two circumstances will not be passed onto others, traded in anyway or used in the generation of un-solicited emails.
